Guarantee
We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price of the product, not including shipping.
Orders will be sent via standard mail, priority or express per customer choice. For package sent via priority, express or will have extra charges for S/H. These charges will be billed to you. Confirmation of those charges will be sent via e-mail. Read on Shipping Charges for more detail. Some item will require insurance to be added to the total price.
Return Policy
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip and the original packing box and gift box. No refund will be given if not packed in the original box received. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

Back Orders
We let you know if the item is in back order. Our merchandise is one of a kind and the most we carry is 10 items of one category. The categories of items with more than 5-10 items in stock are Earrings and Rings.
Packing
All our jewelry arrive on beautiful free of charge gift boxes or pouches. The expensive jewelry arrive on gift boxes, less expensive jewelry like earrings 10-20.00 dollars value may arrive on georgeous floral or black velvet pouches.
