Terms of Earring of the Month Subscription

Compromise: By subscribing to this club you are compromise to order at least two earrings sets per year. Refer us to at least three (3) friends that will accept our e-mail campaigns. The earring selection will be free of s/h charges. We will be sending you e-mail reminders that the time to select the earrings are near, before any automatic shipment be sent out. We will need to hear from you within three days after email sent out to address on file and a mail to your address. You will receive two emails and one postal mail reminding you, each time. This give you enough time to respond otherwise the earring of the month selection for that month will be arriving within 5 days to your door. This only be two times a year. Usually we like to send email/postal cards by mid May and the next one by Mid October.

Returns: If you are not satisfy with the selection return it in its original package. The condition of the earrings will be expected to be exactly as shipped to you. Time frame to return the earrings is three days after delivery. Fill the return enclosed form and send it to address indicated on the form. Your signature is required for a total refund. Send us an e-mail if for some reason you will be sending the earrings after the three days. Otherwise you will forfeit the entire payment. We do not accept returns postmarked later than three days post delivery. This avoids receiving merchandise that have been use or handle inappropriately. Once we receive the return merchandise, if you desire another selection you may select it the next month or at your own convenience. We here to make you happy with the selection.

Payments and Fees: All return are charged a small fee. Five percent will be deducted from the price paid. The refund will be place back on your credit card minus the fee.

This terms are here to protect you , the consumer, and to keep our merchandise in excellent condition to go back in the stock inventory. We thank you for understanding.
