How to place an order

To order simply browse our convenient catalog, select the item(s) and add to shopping cart. Confirm order once you have placed credit card information. Pay with PayPal, or your preferred credit card. Once you click the check out button you will have to confirm the order and payment method. Make sure to check information given such as credit card number, verification number, shipping address and billing address. Order will be on its way once payment is verified. Shipment will be within 24 hrs. on most orders.

Standard Delivery

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery will typically ship within 24hrs of receiving credit card authorization.

What is your Shipping and Handling Policy?

Free shipment is for standard delivery only. This takes 3 days to delivery. Selecting other delivery methods will have a small charge.  A physical address is required for shipping any merchandise.

What is your Return and Refund Policy?

We will work with you to make sure the refund and return process is done in a timing manner. Return merchandise is 15 business days of the package received, on jewelry items and 30 days on all other merchandise.  We will offer a replacement, if applicable, credit or your money back whichever is your preference.

Merchandise has to be intact in the original package, not broken or altered and cleaned. We will refund your purchase amount except s/h cost, when applicable.  When you receive any item(s)  from us there will be a Refund form included. Send this form filled with return merchandise. Please, fill the form in its entirety to avoid delays.  Insured is recommended on high-cost items, for safety. We will notify you via email when merchandise arrived and when we have processed your refund. This process may take between 2-3 days after received of merchandise. We will refund back to your credit card, no cash refund.

Your privacy is important to us. As part of the order process, we collect your name, address, billing address phone number, credit /debit card information and bank accounts, if paying with checks. This information is collected to fill your order or maintain contact with our customers. We are committed to the security of our customer information and it is not shared with third parties unless is needed to process credit card payments. Do you Offer Gift Boxes?

All our merchandise is wrapped on gift boxes, depending on the type of jewelry you have ordered. Each item purchased will be packed on a silver or leather or blue box. Some others might come on a beautiful pouch or box. On each most of the jewelry descriptions, you will find what type of gift boxes will come with the merchandise.  Your satisfaction is our priority
