Returns and Refunds

Returns 

Return of merchandise is 15 business days after your package is received. We will offer a replacement, if applicable, credit or your money back whichever is your preference. Merchandise has to be intact in the original package, not broken or altered and cleaned. We will refund your purchase amount except S/H cost, when applicable.

When you receive any item(s) from us there will be a Refund form included. Send this form filled with the returned merchandise. Please, fill the form in its entirety to avoid delays. Insured is recommended on high cost items, for safety

We will notify you via email when the merchandise arrives and when we have processed your refund. This process may take between 5-7 business days. We will refund back to your credit card, no cash refund.

Our policy lasts 15- 30 days depending on the item purchased. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, health and personal care items, if applicable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. No refund for any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be entitled to refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@mariasilverbutterfly.com.

Sale items

 Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

are based on the situation. We only replace or exchange items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival to you and within 15 days of purchase. Email us first with details of the reason for the exchange or replacement.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. If you have the gift order shipped to another person, the gift certificate will be sent to that person, as long as they are the one shipping the item.

Shipping Your Return Merchandise

To return your product, mail your product to 7223 La Mancha Grand Prairie Texas US 75054. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If there is a cost of shipping your item this will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery of Refund or Exchange Item:

Take into consideration where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, and any other unforeseen issues. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
